His experience includes participating in sell-side M&A processes, supporting financing activities, founding technology ventures, commercializing patented innovations, leading international business operations, and serving in board and advisory roles across North America, Europe, and Asia.

In addition to his strategic and governance experience, Dino has worked across international market expansion, export development, supply chain, manufacturing, and technology commercialization, providing practical operational insight alongside corporate strategy.

Dino's approach emphasizes disciplined execution, aligned partnerships, and creating sustainable long-term value for founders, shareholders, and stakeholders.

Co-Founder and CCO of Apexmont Inc., Riccardo is a transformation executive with over 15 years of experience helping organizations execute complex strategic initiatives and deliver sustainable business results.

His expertise spans transformation governance, PMO leadership, operating model redesign, IT-enabled transformation, value realization, and growth execution. Having worked across consulting, corporate leadership, and startup environments, he combines strategic perspective with hands-on operational experience.

Riccardo has led transformation programmes across financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, e-commerce, and technology, and actively advises selected early-stage companies on strategy, fundraising, and growth.

Dr. Thomas Larder brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare, medical technology, corporate governance, and strategic advisory.

Drawing on his medical background and extensive executive experience, he has advised organizations on governance, operational strategy, regulatory oversight, organizational development, and long-term growth across both private and public sectors. Throughout his career, he has served as a CEO, Board Chairman, and director, providing strategic leadership to organizations operating in highly regulated industries.
